Unfortunately once your order is placed there is no way to change or cancel it.
If you notice your address is scheduled to ship to an incorrect address please send us a message here as soon as possible. If your order has yet to be shipped we will try to fix it for you, however, its not a guarantee.
If you created an account during checkout you can view your order's status by clicking the human icon in the upper right hand corner of this page. If you didn't create an account, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your package has been shipped. You can use this to track your order.
Shipping & Delivery
To make sure you are getting the best price possible, shipping is calculated once you enter your address at checkout. To get an estimate, put the items you are looking to buy in your cart and use our shipping estimator. All shipping rates are set by our postal carriers, not us.

Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates could vary depending on your region.
We kindly ask you to keep in mind that we are not responsible for covering any charges of additional customs put on your package by any mail carrier. If you would like more information about potential fees please reach out to the mail carrier directly.
Returns & Exchanges
Yes, we offer refunds in the form of your original payment or store credit. Please note that 8 USD will be taken out of the refund amount to account for the return label.

Once your return is received & approved by us we will send you an email confirming that your refund has been sent. If you opted for a refund to your original payment the money is immediately sent to your bank and may take a few business days to appear. If you chose store credit, a e-gift card will be sent to you via email & can be used immediately .
Yes! Orders payed for by AfterPay or ShopPay can be returned by following our standard return process.
Once your return is received and approved we will refund your money to whichever platform you paid to and they will then refund the money to you. Store credit is not available for this type of return.
Pre-Orders
In an effort to gauge interest and avoid overproducing, some items are available for preorders only. With preorders you are able to ensure you get the super cute item you want & help us help the planet! It's the best of both worlds xx
Full payment is required at checkout to secure your specific item in its color & size. Once we receive the item at our warehouse, we will ship it out within 2 business days. The estimated shipping date can be found inside the items description.
Preorder items will be clearly marked and will have "(pre-order)" next to the size selection.
