Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

We value transparency in our transactions and want to ensure that you make informed decisions before placing an order. Therefore, each item listing contains detailed descriptions specific to the garment or accessory. We kindly ask you to carefully read these descriptions before making a purchase. If you have any inquiries about a particular item, please feel free to reach out to us at info@labkitah.com prior to placing your order.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

At Lab Kitah we pride ourselves on our quality and look over every single item to ensure it is in perfect condition for you.

In the rare occurrence that something is overlooked, a claim with photos of the damage must be filed within 3 days of receiving your order. Once we assess the claim we will know how to best assist you. Submit a claim here. Please note that minor wear does NOT warrant a refund or exchange. Every item in our shop has been hand-picked and carefully inspected for high quality, however, it would be normal to see natural signs of wear upon close inspection. If an exchange request is received of this nature, it will be denied.

How it began

Lab Kitah (Taglish for 'I love you') pays homage to our Founder's Filipino heritage while also embodying the core of our brand; Every Action Should Come From Love. Aside from the obvious love we have for everyone in #TheLabClub, we also have love for the planet and every living thing inside of it. It affects everything we do! From choosing cute packaging (and making sure everything is sustainable), to making sure our next drop is something you adore. When it all comes down to it, our greatest hope is to do what we love & spread love along the way.
